Talk to us

One form, and a person on the other end of it.

Tell us what you run and what is going wrong with the software you have. You will get an answer from somebody who can actually change the product, not a sequence of emails.

Tell us about your practice

Name, number, and what you are trying to fix. A person reads it, and you get an answer — not a drip campaign.

We use your name, phone number and clinic name for one thing: to answer this enquiry about MedAppz. It is stored on our own server, in the single region our trust centre names, and it is not sold or passed to anyone else.

Email us

You can withdraw either at any time: write to hello@medappz.com, or tell whoever calls you, and we will delete what you gave us.

Anything at all — pricing, a migration from your current system, or a question the site did not answer.

Message us

Leave your number in the form and we will message you on WhatsApp — it is usually the fastest way to reach a clinic, and to be reached by one.

Report a security concern

A vulnerability, a suspected breach, or anything that looks like patient data where it should not be. Put “security” in the subject line and it is read first. This is the address our security.txt publishes, and we run no other one.

What the form collects, and why, is written above its button. The legal centre holds the notice in full, and the trust centre lists the controls that sit under it.
